This is the larger sized memory stick pro at 256 mb.I've used this memory stick as well as the newer models for years and have never had any problems with them.This particular that I use for my Sony VAIO and Sony CLIE and make it easy to transfer the PDF and other files between my laptop and handheld CLIE. Very reliable and never lost any data..
